Oklahoma football is set to embark on a world of unknown in 2024.
The Sooners are entering their first season in the SEC alongside archrival Texas, facing a daunting schedule that includes eight matchups against new conference foes.

Third-year coach Brent Venables and Oklahoma also have a new starting quarterback in sophomore Jackson Arnold, a former five-star recruit who replaces two-year starter Dillon Gabriel, who transferred to Oregon in the offseason.
Arnold struggled in the Sooners' bowl game against Arizona in his lone start last season, turning the ball over four times despite throwing for 361 yards and two touchdowns.
Oklahoma also replaces both of its coordinators in 2024, as former offensive coordinator Jeff Lebby left to be the head coach at Mississippi State and former defensive coordinator Ted Roof was fired.
