Apollo, formerly known as Warren, was first settled in 1790. Warren was laid out in 1816 and consisted of 50 lots. Four log structures made up the first homes built in Warren. Drake Log Cabin is a historic 1-1/2 story log cabin that was restored in 1971 and still stands today.
